The State of Tennessee Alzheimer's Disease Task Force is responsible for drafting a plan and recommendations to the Tennessee General Assembly regarding services and programs to be provided to the Alzheimer's community.

A public forum will be held to discuss Alzheimer's issues on the following date and location:

Monday, June 30 from 4-6pm
