Fall Prevention Workshop to be Hosted by Alexian Inn Thursday, January 27
A fall prevention workshop will be hosted by Alexian Inn on Thursday, January 27 at 2 p.m. The public is invited to hear Physical Therapist and Director of Outpatient Therapy Beth Herring of Alexian Village Health and Rehabilitation Center teach tips for preventing lifestyle altering falls. According to the CDC, one in three adults age 65 and older falls each year. And among those age 65 and older, falls are the leading cause of injury-related death.
