Energy Medicine Workshop at Senior Neighbors Monday, June 28
Alexian Brothers Senior Ministries and the Complementary Health Education Organization (CHEO) will host a workshop titled, “Energy Medicine: the World’s Oldest Form of Healing” on Monday, June 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Alexian Brothers Senior Neighbors building at 250 E. 10th Street in downtown Chattanooga. According to workshop speaker, Sue Gridley, PhD, “Energy medicine seeks to maintain and recalibrate natural balance for optimal health. This workshop is designed to introduce participants to its non-invasive methods and techniques, including many that can be learned and used at home. As Christiane Northrup, MD, has said, you can improve your own health by using energy medicine to uplift the energies in your body.” The cost to attend is $8 and includes lunch.
