Walker County Senior Citizens Day Is May 19

The Walker County Chamber of Commerce will host the 18th Annual Don Stultz Walker County Senior Citizen's Day on Wednesday, May 19, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Walker County Civic Center to honor Walker County senior citizens with food, fellowship and fun.

The event began in 1995 and continues to be an anticipated day for Walker County Seniors. This year's celebration will be sports themed and will include lunch, music, and bingo with many door prizes.

Lunch and bingo prizes for the event are made possible by donations from local businesses and individuals. To support the event by donating food or prizes, please contact the Walker County Chamber of Commerce by calling 706 375-7702.
