The Building Partnerships: Creating a Livable Chattanooga for All Ages report was just released from the Partners for Livable Communities in Washington, DC. Click here to read the report: http://www.aginginplaceinitiative.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=304&Itemid=203.
Several partners are planning Jump Start The Conversation mini-grant funded events in March. These grants are provided through the generous support of the MetLife Foundation and the Partners for Livable Communities. Grant funded programs include a new "Mature Worker's Club" to address career needs for older adults, an "Active Living Workshop" to discuss outdoor active living as you age and opportunities in the Chattanooga area and a "Get Online program which begins to address the digital information disconnect across Chattanooga.
