Center, has changed its name to Alexian Village Health and Rehabilitation Center. The new name represents the complete care that the non-profit residential nursing facility has provided to the
Signal
Mountain and
Chattanooga area for over 70 years.

Mountain, Alexian Village Health and
Rehabilitation
Center is an integral part of the Alexian Brothers Senior Ministries’ continuum of care. In addition to providing high quality 24-hour skilled nursing care, Alexian Village Health Care and
Rehabilitation
Center provides restorative care, physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapy, respite care, extensive wound care and innovative rehabilitative and restorative services to help each individual maintain their highest level of independence.
