Senior Neighbors Offers Gardening Classes by Master Gardeners, Tom Stebbins and Dee Clark
Join Senior Neighbors, an Alexian Brothers ministry, for gardening classes on Friday, December 4 and Friday, December 18 at their center on the corner of 10th and Houston Streets in downtown Chattanooga. Friday, December 4 at 10AM, Tom Stebbins, Master Gardener, UT/TSU Extension Agent and writer of the Chattanooga Times Free Press This Week in the Garden column, will present, “What’s Bugging You in Your Garden?” The class will be in the form of a question and answer session and will focus on particular problems that occurred in your yard or garden this year. A description of the Master Gardener Program’s Beginning/Newcomer classes will also be given. Friday, December 18 at 12PM Master Gardener Dee Clark will present, “How to Make Wreathes and Table Decorations.” The class will include a wreath making and table decoration demonstration with items from her yard.
