Morning Pointe of Chattanooga Announces Flu Vaccination Clinic

Morning Pointe of Chattanooga, located at 7620 Shallowford Road near Hamilton Place Mall, will offer a flu vaccination clinic on Friday, Oct. 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Maxim Healthcare Services will provide the vaccinations. The following insurance carriers cover the cost of flu and pneumonia vaccinations for participants who have their membership card: Medicare Part B, Aetna (does not cover pneumonia vaccination), SummaCare, Advantra Freedom, HealthSpring Inc. and Human Gold Choice of Tennessee.

For individuals without insurance, flu vaccinations are $30 and pneumonia vaccinations are $45. Walk-ins are welcome.
