Chattanooga State has recently announced their new Encore Careers program. Created specifically for those who are retired, displaced or re-entering the workforce, this innovative new program will help older adults find a meaningful, rewarding second career. The college has established encore career sections to assist individuals with analyzing their strengths, building new skills, choosing a career, and acclimating to current college culture and resources.
